These Terms explain how AuroraPlay software, website, app previews, activation and future provider tools may be used.

AuroraPlay is a player and management software platform. Users and providers connect their own legal playlist/source. AuroraPlay does not sell, host, broadcast or include TV channels, movies, series or media streams.
AuroraPlay is software for Smart TV and future multi-platform devices. It provides a premium player interface, activation flow and management experience for users or providers who already have their own legal playlist or account source. AuroraPlay is not a broadcaster, IPTV operator, channel seller, media host or content distributor.
AuroraPlay does not provide, sell, rent, broadcast, upload, host or include television channels, movies, series, events, EPG data, playlists or streaming packages. Any media, logos, categories, programme information or stream URLs visible inside the app are supplied by the user, by a business account, or by a third-party provider chosen by the user.
Users are fully responsible for every playlist URL, M3U file, Xtream-compatible login, portal account, stream source and credential they add or authorize. Users must only connect sources that they are legally allowed to access and use in their country or region.
Provider and reseller tools, when available, are intended for legal device management, activation management and playlist configuration. Providers and resellers are responsible for their own customers, content rights, server availability, playlist legality, billing relationship and compliance with applicable laws.
AuroraPlay cannot guarantee that a third-party playlist, stream, channel logo, category, subtitle, audio track, catch-up item or EPG record will be accurate, stable or available. Issues such as buffering, offline streams, expired provider accounts, wrong programme data or missing VOD items must be resolved with the relevant playlist/source provider.
AuroraPlay may not be used for copyright infringement, illegal retransmission, unauthorized streaming, sale of unlicensed content, credential sharing, abuse of third-party services or any activity that violates law, rights holders, network rules or platform policies.
An AuroraPlay activation, license or subscription unlocks access to the software features only. It never includes TV channels, movies, series, pay-per-view events, IPTV packages or a guarantee that an external playlist will work.
Future account or provider panel features may include device pairing, activation codes, package duration, branding settings and playlist configuration. AuroraPlay may suspend or remove access where there is abuse, security risk, non-payment, prohibited use or legal requirement.
AuroraPlay may change the website, app design, supported devices, features, pricing, activation flow or provider tools over time. Some features shown on the website may be previews, planned modules or platform roadmap items until backend and production systems are connected.
AuroraPlay is provided as a technical software interface. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuroraPlay is not liable for third-party content, playlist legality, stream outages, lost provider access, business loss, device compatibility changes or misuse of external sources.
